Clockwise moves into The Louise as new coworking operator

PATRIZIA, a leading partner for global real assets, has signed a new lease with Clockwise as the flexible workspace operator for The Louise. The provider of private offices, shared workspaces, and meeting rooms will occupy the entire first and second floor of the recently renovated office building located on Avenue Louise in Brussels. The Louise by Clockwise will open at the end of 2025.
The Louise was designed to respond flexibly to the evolving needs of modern workplaces. The building, with its unique and vibrant spaces, such as the stylish rooftop terrace and the ground floor with a range of catering and retail offerings, also responds to employees’ growing requirement for a hybrid workplace.
Clockwise, who already successfully operates one location in Brussels, offers flexible, modern workspaces, catering to a variety of professionals, from freelancers who need a hot desk to large businesses who require a whole office; they provide memberships for businesses of all sizes. Design has been carefully considered to support wellbeing, inspire collaboration and motivate connection. Additional amenities include bookable meeting rooms, breakout spaces and an onsite café, Clockwise considers all these elements crucial to help members stay focused and productive.
By the end of 2025, Clockwise will take over the entire first and second floor of The Louise, in total 3,350 square meters. 300 to 400 workspaces in various settings will be available and Clockwise has already attracted interest for 150 places.
Currently, Clockwise is in charge of manning the reception desk and organizing the services of the building, including the common meeting rooms, the auditorium and Hotel Wielemans which serves as a business club. In this sense, Clockwise will continue to provide community management.

PATRIZIA was assisted by realtor Cushman & Wakefield, with the support of their Flexible Workspace team in London, in completing this lease.
Next to Clockwise as coworking operator, The Louise counts Clifford Chance, Société Générale, Mayer Brown, Lazard and Charles River Associates among its tenants. With four signed principal agreements, 45% of The Louise remains available for lease.
