Charles River Associates and Lazard move into iconic office building this summer

PATRIZIA, a leading global real assets partner, closes a lease agreement for The Louise with consulting firm Charles River Associates and financial advisory and asset management firm Lazard. Charles River Associates will be located on the twelfth floor, with an office area of 524 m², while Lazard will occupy the nineteenth floor with an area of 1048 m².

The Louise is designed to respond flexibly to the evolving needs of modern workplaces. The building, with its unique and vibrant spaces, such as the stylish rooftop terrace and the ground floor with an array of hospitality and retail offerings, also meets workers’ growing requirement of a hybrid workplace.
