PATRIZIA, investment manager for international smart real assets, has signed a lease agreement with executive search and leadership advisory firm Russell Reynolds Associates at The Louise in Brussels. Russell Reynolds Associates will move into part of the building’s sixth floor by the end of the first quarter of 2027, following the completion of fit-out works.

The high-end office building, The Louise, located on Avenue Louise in Brussels, is designed to respond flexibly to the changing needs of modern workplaces. The building, with its unique and vibrant spaces, such as the stylish roof terrace and the first floor with a range of catering and retail offerings, meets the growing requirement for diverse workplaces with exceptional on-site facilities.
