The Louise welcomes law firm Kirkland & Ellis as latest tenant
editPress Release
PATRIZIA, a leading partner for global real assets, has signed a lease agreement with global law Kirkland & Ellis. The firm will relocate its Brussels office to The Louise in 2025. Kirkland & Ellis will occupy the 17th floor of the recently renovated office building on Avenue Louise.
The Louise was designed to respond flexibly to the evolving needs of modern workplaces. The building, with its unique and vibrant spaces, such as the stylish roof terrace and the first floor with a range of catering and retail offerings, also meets the growing requirement of employees for a hybrid workplace.
Suzy Denys, Country Manager Belux at PATRIZIA, says: “We’re glad to welcome Kirkland & Ellist as our newest tenant. The number of leased offices in The Louise is rising rapidly, which is a sign that its values of smart technology, user well-being, ambitious sustainability goals and Grade A office facilities are well liked. By the summer of 2025, most tenants will have moved in, and The Louise will be bustling with life.”
CBRE assisted PATRIZIA in securing this lease. Recently, another lease agreement was signed for half of the 12th floor, where a global strategy consulting firm will take up its residence. For this particular lease, PATIRIZA was assisted by JLL.
