The Louise welcomes Geradin Partners as newest tenant
editPress Release
PATRIZIA, investment manager for international smart real assets, has signed a nine-year lease agreement at The Louise in Brussels with Geradin Partners, an independent pan-European law firm specializing in competition law, litigation and digital regulation. The firm will move into part of the building’s tenth floor on February 1, 2027, following the completion of fit-out works in September.
The high-end office building, The Louise, located on Avenue Louise in Brussels, is designed to respond flexibly to the changing needs of modern workplaces. The building, with its unique and vibrant spaces, such as the stylish roof terrace and the first floor with a range of catering and retail offerings, meets the growing requirement for diverse workplaces with exceptional on-site facilities.
Geradin Partners will lease the remaining available 532 sqm on the tenth floor, with the move scheduled for February 1, 2027. “Our firm has grown rapidly in recent years as our lawyers and policy experts continue to guide clients through an increasingly complex regulatory landscape across Europe and the UK. Finding a new office that reflects our growth ambitions and collaborative culture was an important step for us,” says Damien Geradin, Founder of Geradin Partners. “We were looking for a high-quality workspace that combines flexibility with an inspiring and welcoming environment for both our team and our clients. The Louise stood out thanks to its design, prime location and exceptional facilities. We are excited to welcome our colleagues and clients to our new office in the heart of Brussels.”
Saskia Roosen, Country Officer and Head of Investment Belux at PATRIZIA, adds: “We’re pleased to welcome Geradin Partners to The Louise. Since completing the renovation, we have seen growing interest from organizations looking for high-quality office space that combines flexibility, sustainability, and employee wellbeing. We are delighted to see a leading European law firm such as Geradin Partners choose The Louise for its Brussels office, further contributing to the unique vibrant atmosphere and diverse mix of companies based in the building.”
