PATRIZIA, a leading global real assets partner, has signed a lease agreement with Berkeley Research Group (BRG), a global consulting firm. BRG will move to the 14th floor of the recently renovated office building The Louise on Avenue Louise in Brussels.

The Louise was designed to respond flexibly to the evolving needs of modern workplaces. The building, with its unique and vibrant spaces, such as the stylish roof terrace and the first floor with a range of catering and retail offerings, also meets the growing requirement of employees for a hybrid workplace.

This new location marks a significant milestone in Berkeley Research Group’s growth, reinforcing its commitment to expanding operations within the heart of Europe. This modern structure will provide a platform for BRG to better serve its European clients and strengthen its presence in the region.
