Press Release

PATRIZIA, a leading partner for global real assets, has signed a lease agreement with global law firm King & Spalding. The firm will move to the 11th floor of The Louise in December, once the fit-out work has been completed.

The recently renovated office building The Louise, located on Avenue Louise in Brussels, was designed to respond flexibly to the changing needs of modern workplaces. The building, with its unique and vibrant spaces, such as the stylish roof terrace and the first floor with a range of catering and retail offerings, also meets the growing requirement of employees for a hybrid workplace.

Steve Orava, Office Managing Partner for Brussels, says: “Our Brussels team has been growing considerably so we needed new office space that matches both our current scale and our future ambitions. The Louise is the perfect pick. The building offers cutting-edge facilities and dynamic spaces so we are extremely excited that we will soon be calling it home.”

Saskia Roosen, Country Officer and Head of Investment Belux at PATRIZIA, adds: “It is a pleasure to welcome another law firm to The Louise. The proximity to the Palace of Justice is an asset, as are The Louise’s core values – smart technology, focus on well-being, ambitious sustainability goals, and Grade A office facilities.”

Cushman & Wakefield assisted PATRIZIA in completing this lease agreement.
