PATRIZIA, a leading partner for global real assets, has signed a lease agreement with multinational law firm Arnold & Porter. The American law firm currently has 15 offices worldwide and will move its Brussels office to The Louise by the summer of 2025. Arnold & Porter will occupy the entire 16th floor and half of the 15th floor of the recently renovated office building on Avenue Louise.

The Louise was designed to respond flexibly to the evolving needs of modern workplaces. The building, with its unique and vibrant spaces, such as the stylish roof terrace and the first floor with a range of catering and retail offerings, also meets the growing requirement of employees for a hybrid workplace.
